Iter is a transdisciplinary exploration weaving together dance, science fiction, storytelling, and Afrofuturist aesthetics to question our humanity and our possible futures.
At the crossroads of technology and tradition, this performance immerses the audience in a dystopian universe where a dialogue unfolds between a Black woman from French Guiana and a humanoid extraterrestrial. Through this encounter, themes of communication, persuasion, ecological and social issues intertwine in a deeply emotional exchange.

Created in 2024, this short version of Iter now stands as a work in its own right, fully capable of existing independently. However, it also represents a key step toward a final solo version, with a full-length piece currently in development and set to premiere in 2027 in co-production with Les Brigittines.
Thus, Iter unfolds as a sensory journey where dance and storytelling converge to evoke beauty, resistance, and hope—while paving the way for a larger-scale version that will further deepen this voyage.
