Passion for fear is a work in progress, conceived as the second part of a diptych that would follow on from the show Hello world.
It’s a performative solo project based on my difficulty in imagining a future in a society where the Internet would be the main engine of influence and production of narratives for the future.
The Internet has become one of the many tools where people passionate about fear [1], those who create it, come together. Feeding this fear leads them to believe that there’s another world out there, one that’s being hidden from us. To make their reality visible, they propose a staged imaginary world with photo and video montages, highlighting a hidden face of reality, massively shared on social networks.
In this piece, the digital discourse transposed to the reality of the stage would offer an account of the consequences on reality of certain theories massively disseminated on the web.

[1] Here, people passionate about fear are all those who, like me, seek to find answers to their fear of the real world in which they live, on the Internet
